Cheese Style Food Slices Are Not Cheese

I don't normally like cutesy-poo accessories, but omg waaant.

The Wii Fit I bought today is teaching me to lean in a productive and healthy way!

Lets see how long this lasts. The only exercise I normally get is chewing beef jerky.

Spawn #1 and I were very restrained in Forbidden Planet. We didn't buy anything with moving parts or a sound effect. However, I may or may not have a stuffed Domo-kun in my handbag, it's entirely possible that there are trading cards and graphic novels in the vicinity, and Spawn #1 might have spent the last three hours face down in the same book that kick-started my own sci-fi OCD.

Slightly breathless from the extreme concentration of nerd, we staggered out in search of reality. Unfortunately, the South Bridge area of Edinburgh bears very little resemblance to reality, so we went to the Scottish Museum instead. Most of it is closed right now, but there were robots and a trebuchet, and who needs more than that?

We stopped for refreshments, and in a giddy moment I ordered something new and interesting in the latte family. I've forgotten the name on the board, but I have dubbed it 'WTF Tea'.
